CUSTOMER SALES CONSULTANT

As a Customer Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in the customer buying experience from beginning to end. This position requires a strong ability to work with your team, be adaptable to change, have attention to detail, and a strong customer orientation. As a Sales Consultant, you will be part of a collaborative team assisting customers with their needs and assuring the highest satisfaction. Every day, you will be an asset in making sure customers feel welcomed from the minute they arrive and feel educated in every step of their experience.

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain unit average required by store
• Greet all customers promptly and in a courteous manner
• Lead customers through the entire sales process
• Use CRM tool effectively to track all customer interactions
• Effectively educate all customers on products we offer
• Take customers on test drives and ensure the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features
• Educate customers on financial products and financing options available to them
• Follow up with customers after the purchase
• All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring:

• Valid driver’s license
• Must be 18 years of age
• High standard for quality and attention to detail
• Excellent listening, telephone, and computer skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must have a friendly, positive attitude and be a team player
• Professional demeanor and appearance (name tags, uniform, etc.)
• Strong customer service mentality
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

INVENTORY SPECIALIST

What You’ll Do

• Control lot appearance by parking, rearranging, and moving vehicles
• Ensure vehicles have price stickers clearly displayed to guarantee customers receive correct information from the start
• Keep vehicles prepared by cleaning, washing, detailing, and keeping fuel levels up
• Maintain inventory between dealership property and off-site storage lots
• Be the first to see vehicles as you help with delivery of inventory
• Maintain cleanliness of the building and lot
• Customer shuttles
• Parts delivery/pick up
• Assist with all other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned

What You’ll Bring
• Previous detail experienced preferred, but not mandatory
• Must be team oriented
• Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record

AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

You’ll Make an Impact by:

• Properly diagnose, repair, and document services on vehicles
• Provide vehicle inspections and diagnosis
• Looking for a Fixed Right the First Time tech
• Care for the reconditioning of the vehicles and ability to be productive

We’re Looking for:

• experience as an Automotive Technician
• Automotive degree or certificate preferred
• Must be able to remain up to date on required training
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, and be on your feet for extended periods of time
• Must be able to lift, lower, push, leverage, and manipulate equipment and/or items weighing up to 50 lbs.
